Common questions
Does it cost me anything to buy a bike here?
No. Searching, contacting sellers and doing the deal are all free for buyers. We make our money from seller packages only.
How do I know a seller is genuine?
Approved dealerships carry a Verified badge on their listings. They have submitted company and ID documents and been reviewed before their account was activated. Whoever you buy from, always view the bike in person, meet in a public place, and never pay a deposit to hold a bike for someone you have not met.
What paperwork should I ask for?
Registration papers in the seller’s name, a valid roadworthy certificate, and written confirmation that there is no finance still owing on the bike. Service history is a bonus that tells you how it was looked after.
Do I need to be a dealer to sell?
Right now, yes. Selling runs through a dealer account, which needs company and ID documents and a listing package. Tools for private sellers with a single bike are on the way. Tell us if you want them and we will let you know when they land.
How long does it take to list a bike?
A few minutes from your phone once your package is active. Photos, price, mileage and a short description are all we need.
