Questions sellers ask

Do you take a commission when my bike sells?

No. You pay for your package and nothing else. Whatever you sell your bike for is yours. JustBikes never takes a cut, and buyers pay us nothing either.

What happens if I fill up my listings?

You can mark a bike as sold to free the slot, or move up a plan whenever you like. Nothing you have already listed disappears.

Why is today’s amount smaller than the monthly price?

Monthly packages run per calendar month, so your first payment only covers the days left in August. The full price starts on the 1st of September.

What does a “featured slot” actually do?

A featured bike sits above the normal listings on the home page and in search results, with a Featured badge. More eyes on the bike means more enquiries. Most dealers rotate their slowest stock through it.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Monthly packages run month to month with no fixed term and you can stop whenever you want. The once-off listing is exactly that: a single payment that simply ends.

Is my card safe?

Payments run through PayFast, one of South Africa’s largest payment providers. Your card details go straight to them. They are never stored on JustBikes.
